ThinkPulse App Privacy Policy
Effective July 1, 2024. Last updated July 1, 2024.
ThinkPulse is an experiment to create the first TRUE and ACCURATE knowledgebase of human opinion. You, your contributions, your answers, and your comments are and always remain anonymous. Your participation in this experiment is 100% voluntary but requires strict adherence to these Terms of Use.
1. Anonymity
Your usage of the ThinkPulse app is 100% anonymous. You, your poll/question contributions, your poll responses, and your poll comments are and will always remain anonymous.
Using certain app features may require you to create a “Recovery Account”, which may include submitting an email address, for the purpose of recovering your app usage history in the case that you damage or lose your device, or otherwise replace your device. In the case you submit an email address as your Recovery Account method, it will never be shared or sold to any third-party or affiliate. Any Recovery Account email address or identifier is ever represented to any user or third-party affiliate in association with any poll responses, poll comments, or poll submissions.
2. ThinkPulse is a Public Platform
ThinkPulse is a public platform. All polls, polls answers, poll question submissions, and poll comments are publicly viewable but never reference any real person as a contributor, or reference any identifier you may use as an Recovery Account mechanism (see Terms of Use).
3. We Collect No, or Minimal Information That is Referenceable to You.
As detailed in ThinkPulse's Anonymity statement, and Terms of Use, all information you provide in usage of the app is provided anonymously. You may choose to submit an email address as a account recovery mechanism. It's ThinkPulse's policy and commitment that your Recovery Account email address, if supplied, is never published, sold or shared with any third party.
4. Deleting Your Recovery Account
At any time you may utilize the DELETE ACCOUNT function in the app to remove your account and delete any Recovery Account email address if it was supplied. The account deletion process will also delete any comments you may have made within polls that you answered. Anonymous poll answers, poll question submissions, and anonymous demographic profile information will remain intact, but completely anonymous and not referenceable to any real person or identity.
5. Other Information
You may choose to provide other information directly to us. For example, we may collect information when you fill out a form on our website, survey, or participate in ThinkPulse sponsored activities, promotions, or programs, apply for a job, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. It's ThinkPulse's policy that at no time will any information provided via mechanisms outside of the ThinkPulse app reference you or your ThinkPulse's user account.
